At Stitch & Mend Sewing Machine Repair, I am dedicated to providing top-notch service for modern and vintage home sewing machines. 

I am currently an Apprentice Sewing Machine Repair Technician working on completing my portfolio for my certification. This is an excellent opportunity to have your machine serviced at apprentice pricing! Turnaround time is 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the service needed. I book drop-off appointments for your machine to be serviced from my home workshop in Enfield, Connecticut.

I service modern mechanical and computerized machines (with a few exceptions) along with Featherweight and Treadle machines. 

I do not currently offer service on sergers, but plan to begin offering serger service later on in 2026!

There are a few models that require proprietary tools, namely the Bernina models that start with "B" before the model number, those would need to go to a Bernina authorized shop. 

I also offer scissor sharpening and Sashiko decorative visible mending services.
